"For full transparency, I selected Sayville Discount Tires as my installer for tires purchased from Tire Rack. First issue; I tried to call them several times throughout the day on a Monday to schedule an appointment and nobody ever picked up. Finally, on Tuesday; a female employee answered the phone and was extremely curt to the point where I felt like I was bothering her for even trying to make contact. At this point I should have started to see the writing on the wall. Tells me, "we don't make appointments" and directed me to "just come in" when I was sure my items were delivered. Fine; next issue, the biggest problem I have, is I selected this installer based on the pricing structure indicated by Tire Rack; they were listed as one of the cheapest in my area within a reasonable driving distance. I get there this morning and I'm told by Patrick "yeah, Tire Rack doesn't know our prices" and that price was nearly $50 more than I expected, coming out to be even more than my usual tire installers! I ended up paying it because frankly, expending the time and energy to transport the tires to my usual shop just didn't make sense at that point. Mind you this isn't some difficult to install car; it's a 1999 Oldsmobile with 60 profile tires. Had I known the pricing wasn't accurate I would have gone a different route and not driven 25 minutes out of my way to pay more. Definitely won't be going back and definitely not giving any recommendations to them. But what bothers me most (and should concern Tire Rack as well), was basically the dismissive attitude towards the pricing Tire Rack lists. Factoring the additional $50; I might as well have gone to my usual local guy in the first place and not have bought anything from Tire Rack or have any interaction with Sayville Discount Tires in the first place..."

"I wanted to bring business to a local company. I was told that they can't help me for at least a month. I just wanted to mount and balance tires. They are so full of themselves. They lost my business. I have bought numerous sets of tires from them. Not anymore. If they are upset I didn't buy this set of tires and rims from them, they should have worked with me. There price was over $1000 more then I payed. I was still trying to give them some business."

"It’s currently 8:18AM. My cords are showing (didn’t realize how bad it was) anyway they are supposed to be open at 8AM. Mind you I have work at 9am and it takes me 30 minutes to get to my job. An absolute joke this place is. Gave them a second chance because last time I was here dude hit my bumper and scratch it with the jack. Never again I’ll be going to a different shop for now on. Mind you I’m a local to sayville and it’s an emergency. Never again."
