On top of that the person who filed it did not ask me for any verifications be made to ensure such as my address and last name. The person just assumed. So my address was misspelled my last name incorrect. All this has come back to haunt me this year when filing. My best advice is to go to someone who will go through it with you while also SHOWING you."
