"Last Friday April 14th around 3pm I went to a Liberty tax office. I was greeted by this nice tax lady of India's decent at this location off of Hwy 55 who was very pleasant. I walked in no appointment, she offered to do my taxes and got my taxes done Johnny on the spot. She was kind and even offered to fill out the envelopes for both taxes I owed for state and federal. I watched her fill them and didn't pay attention. I brought stamps and mailed them off the next day April 15, thinking they would reach their respective offices on time. I checked my mailbox today April 19th and low and behold both stamped envelopes were sitting there. This woman had put my name and address in the send part of the envelope. And put both the IRS and the NCDOR addresses in the top left hand corners of the envelopes with the word TO:. So now my taxes for payment are late. I was trying to avoid being charged interest. So now I am out of 4 stamps and will have to pay online. The only consolation is they got filed on time. If you go to this location make sure you fill out your own envelopes if you owe."

"I'm really happy with my experience the lady that did my taxes I don't remember her name right off top but she was so patient with me she answered all my questions no matter how many I had she made me feel comfortable offered me something to drink didn't just treat me as a client she made me feel welcome and a lot of times when you go do your taxes it's just seems much more like okay let's get this done but it the experience was just beautiful and I'm going to continue to fouling with them I've been following with them now for this is my third year.
