"Horrible experience. Dont fall for this radio sales gimmick...its a pyramid scheme. 0 closing cost has a huge catch. They lied about listing homes at 1%. Changed it to 3% as a normal rate. Brian M was clueless and requested i lower my listing price 35k below appraisal just because interest rates were 8% and he wanted a quick sale. I will use legitimate real estate company next time."
