Staff is non-responsive to timely issues, incapable of addressing factors related to your account - commonly stating things like - "this is out of our hands ... its handled by corporate". Several times they made unilateral changes to my account without explicit authorization. Only way I would know of any of these changes was because I would receive automated correspondences from corporate mailings. After purchasing a car and locking in my quoted amount... the following two months without notice or provocation my account increased for the same level of coverage. TRUST AT YOUR OWN RISK."
