"RESPONSE TO VALVOLINE'S REPLY TO MY REVIEW: : In response to my review.....The person who had this incident with your company has spent hours, after hours, trying to deal with your customer, service, local manager etc. etc. and zip liability/responsibility taken on your end. So they have tried until Valvoline wore them down and is handing them a small pittance for a destroyed engine actually 1/10th of what is will cost for them to fix or get a replacement car. So however you want to spin this "call customer service" it will get all customers no where! ORIGINAL REVIEW: If I could give this company -10 stars, I would. The blatant incompetence of the entire staff & mechanics is beyond a company like this to even remain in business. They basically do "oil" changes, yet they are clueless about how to do one. They leave parts out throw them away and do not contact the customer to say "hey there's been an issue". A friend basically had their engine totaled because Valvoline left PARTS OUT and then threw them away, and then admitted they threw them away. They have no idea why your "oil' light is still on even though you just went to the for an oil change! Go elsewhere. Do NOT go here. CUSTOMER BEWARE."

"DO NOT COME HERE. My wife got an oil change here. Car was stranded on the highway because the oil spilled out the bottom. The oil cap on the bottom wasn't screwed in properly and everything leaked out. Didn't change filters. Someone will be losing a job and maybe the store location."

"It's a shame store manager is unprofessional, car services went over smooth except for the part where I didn't want my filters checked and the main manager had belittled the employee for not checking them even tho I told him not. Then Fax proceeded to still try to sell me stuff if your unsure about what your car needs don't go here"

"I had a great experience at this visit! First off, it was not overly busy around lunch time. Secondly, I was not trying to be persuaded to purchase services that weren't necessary. Thirdly, the staff was courteous and professional, graciously accepting my 15% off digital coupon."

"Today was my second time using this location by Kohls on Route 9. Full synthetic oil change. 109$ about 1 hour wait which they were upfront about from the start. No matter which location on 9 I end up in- I always get the same lady as the top side tech. She is very capable and deals seamlessly with customers during a stressful time for some. You always feel like she knows the line between safety and saving money. I trust her judgment. She is an asset to your company. I didn't get my bottom side techs name, but he was also very good. I used to trust my car to only Subaru. This place - and more particularly the familiar faces I see here again and again have earned my trust. Thank you. Don't hesitate to use this location."
