"Very personal service oriented team. Quick response time."
"Initially, coverage was normal and customer service was exceptional. Recently due to short staffing, I’ve not been able to reach anyone in the office. I was able to email with Carmen briefly but then communication stopped. I asked about changing agents but was I formed by another agent I can’t do that. My rate went up on my latest renewal and when I couldn’t get in touch with anyone to find out why, I’ve changed companies and actually have better coverage and paying significantly less. My driving record has not changed so no legitimate reason for the increase. I was very happy with Allstate but didn’t realize I have been quoted less then average coverage for the rate I was paying. At some point I may check with a different Allstate agent concerning their rates for comparable coverage I’m receiving currently if the need arises. Lately, due to short staffing"
"Carmen Turner is wonderful when you are looking for insurance, however if you ever want to leave her, that wonderful customer service quickly fades. I have attempted to contact Carmen several times since switching companies via email and calling (leaving voicemails each time) and have yet to receive a response. My cancellation papers were sent out on January 19th so I believe that 5 weeks is plenty of time to respond. She will not be receiving my business again and I advise you not to use her either."
"I have had Allstate for my auto, home and umbrella insurance for more than 3 years. I have had no issue with AllState. My issue is with Carmen and her staffs. Till few weeks ago, i could call or email them and I would get a call back or response to my e-mails in 1 to 2 days. That staff left the job there now. I have few questions regarding my homeowner insurance renewal and I have trying to get hold of Carmen for few months now, without any response. I emailed her multiple times, no response.I called her, no answer. I left voice mail, no call back. One time I was lucky that a staff named Jesus answered my phone, he said he would call me back or email me with answers to my question. But he did not get back to me,. then again I left multiple voice mails for him and Carmen over few weeks.. Finally one time again Jesus answered the phone, this time he said he was busy and would call me in few hours. but he still did not call me back. Then again I called Carmen multiple times, emailed multiple times. no response at all. I think Carmen is a good agent for establishing business with AllState but I am not happy with her indifference towards already established customers Update- I called Allstate again thinking i was calling Allstate main number, but happened to call Carmen's office. She answered the call this time and told me that she did not get my e-mails all this time because of new policy of Allstate where it blocks emails if there is any attachments. However I had sent her many other e-mails without attachments as well. Anyways, she apologized for the issue. I will update my rating from 1 start to 3 stars for now."
"My name is Jose Zaldivar I've been an Allstate account holder for the past 3 to 5 years never had any complaints. I've recently called because of my billing issue. It's a very simple issue that can be fixed with a called. I had recently taken the liberty of taking my automatic payment out for the past months. I've paid my bill of $370 monthly without being drafted from my account. Because the way the system is set up I understand now I have to 2 months together before the 2/2/2019, which bring my account to a total of $708.12. I agreed to pay $354.06 and to enroll once more in the automatic payment. My complaint is with a girl named Jocelyn who works with Carmen my agent. I've spoken to her a couple of times. Every single time that Jocelyn doesn't seem to understand what my concern is. She has been very disrespectful to the point she has scream over the phone. She has been rude ignoring what my main concern is. My understanding is that customer service is to help the customer with his/her issue, the way Jocelyn handle the situation was very unprofessional and unfriendly. I really don't like dealing with liars and I don't see a reason why Jocelyn had to say that her manager ( Carmen) was not in the office when I called again Carmen was the one who picked up the call. Is this really the way Allstate treats a loyal customer? the only thing I want is to have an extension from the 02/2/2019 to have a little more time to pay my bill. I am very happy with Allstate. Like I mention I have never had any concerns nor complaints in all my time with Allstate and this particular agency. Once Carmen took the call she was able to provide me with a solution. She asked that I called back and ask for her. Again once I did Jocelyn would not get me trough and had the same unprofessional attitude with me. This whole situation has been very stressful and unpleasant. thank you so much for your attention"
