"Pretty disappointed with Stan Paradis. Use for a couple years but always delayed appointments, But what really was the last straw. Stan cancelled and dropped me 48 hr before Tax appointment. I am going through a divorce and he took my wife on and gave me almost no time to get another tax person. Blindsided me. The couple years we did use him he certainly didn't earn he HIGHER THEN NORMAL COST. Just not very professional in my opinion. BEWARE."

"This firm filed my state return incorrectly TWICE. Only on their third attempt was it done correctly. I was assessed late fees/interest because of their inability to file a correct return. I called and asked if they would cover these fees. Randy's explanation was they were not liable for these late charges/interest because they "didn't do anything wrong". As a client, I believe spending $250 on their services and having your return improperly prepared (twice) falls into the category of wrong. Don't trust them."

"This company quoted us a price of $95 then charged us $150 with no reason for doing so. Their explanation,: "Yeah, sorry. That'll be $150." It also took them over a month to return them to us and now we have to rush to get our taxes mailed out the same day as they are due. Unprofessional and unreliable. Do not waste your time or money on these slackers."
