"Roger or the lady behind the desk did not want to help us finish up our tax refund today. We told them that we had all the necessary paperwork to finish up and all they were concerned about was the time and come back tomorrow. It says walk ins welcome but She kept looking at her watch and he kept making excuses about why he couldn't do it. They didn't close until 7 pm and it was only 4:45. We left pretty upset It looked like they were closing up 2 hours early so they could leave. Very unprofessional. This is the last time we're filing with H&R Block. We will do our own taxes from now on."
