"They sent me a review request. Well, I'll do it - frankly. I have been a client of ALLSTATE for several years (first in one location then in another. I thought this office was not working well ....). But when I realized that cheating is a common thing for ALLSTATE, I changed the insurance company. What does deception mean? - they say one price to you (profitable), then as you start paying the price rises (they explain it this way - we gave the price of car and house insurance, but you only have a car.) Then your insurance becomes even more expensive (they explain that my car is very expensive) - "they didn't know before?" They gave me chance to pay 2 months lower price and then they realized- " ow this guy paying just for car need to rise up price. But it's not high enough - so we need charge for expensive car... " - to me it's looks like that. I will say this, before signing documents - you need to check what is written and look for confirmation of what has been said. A simple conversation doesn't work. They will offer you a price to sell the product, and then they will start changing the price for themselves in the winning direction with ridiculous explanations "we thought differently." Usually another company giving lower price of insurance if you are with them for a long time, but here price goes up. Maybe my English no so good- but it doesn't mean I am fool."
