"Excellent discount store I highly recommend it to anybody is trying to save a few pennies"
"I have been a huge Goodwill shopper for probably 25 years and today was my worst experience ever at this store. I went in for a return and the cashier had a very long line. She at no time called to ask for assistance, leaving me and others to wait for I know at least 20 minutes. Meanwhile, she was having a full blown conversation with each and every shopper, thus making the wait even longer. I completely understand acknowledging the customer and being nice, but not everyone has a lot of time to wait. When it was finally my turn, then they decided to open another register. I did my return, and then proceeded to look around. I went back to the register with 3 items and once again was met with 3 customers ahead of me and the same girl still having long conversations. I finally got checked out, got out to my car, and started looking at my receipt, only to realize that she had charged me wrong for an item, so back in I went. I was so livid, but I held my tongue because I didn't want to cause a scene. I was not the only one complaining about it taking so long to check out and I overheard one of the employees apologize and say they were short staffed. That was an absolute lie. There were 4 people out front, including the guy that said that. He also wasn't even wearing a Goodwill vest. The management needs to have a meeting with their employees and tell them that it's completely acceptable to be nice and acknowledge the customer, but keep the line moving and for goodness sake if there's more than say 4 or 5 customers waiting, then open another register."
"Best selection of any area GW. Nice employees. Pricing can be erratic. For example mason jars. They tag 3 bucks. Hell thats more than a dollar more if you were buying them new in a case with lids. A little research on pricing would go a long way there."
"Went in to pick up a sweater to make an Ugly Christmas Sweater. Was greeted at the door with a rack full of Christmas sweaters. Some were brand new with tags still on them. So much easier than making one. Employees were super friendly and helpful."
"Dealt with a very rude woman that worked there got a cart no one was using at the time, no cart available at time, even made sure no customer was using it. She literally gave me a dirty look and took my purchase out of cart handed to me and took the cart. I thought customers where important. Not here. It was really rude and unprofessional. I couldn't after that spend my money where I didn't feel comfortable. I will never shop there again. Would of gave no star but didn't give me that option."
