"They definitely need more cashier's"

"The customer service in Hickory NC is terrible! Stood in line waiting to exchange one item, they let me stand in line while the check out person did a huge exchange, she never offered to call anyone else to check other people out. The store was full of employees, and one employee even came up front saw me waiting, and the huge exchange the check out person was doing and just walked away. When I asked for my exchange item back because I didn't want to wait any longer the person at the check out acted completely unprofessional. It's a shame I would rather shop online than in my hometown store."

"There wasn't a shopping cart available anywhere to put my child in so I had to carry him around the store while holding my other child's hand. It was impossible to shop. And it was extremely warm in the store. They had a few good deals but I wasn't able to shop because I had to keep hold of my children."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Selection was really good and store was very clean. The best part about the visit was the girl that had a training badge on at checkout (sorry forgot the name), I personally walked out feeling better about my day just by her sharing her positive vibes."

"I went in because they now have larger sizes. I found 2 pairs of jeans that I liked but wanted a different wash (color) in one of them. The cashier looked it up and said that there was only that wash for that style. She told me about ordering online from in store with free shipping and when trucks came in to check back for restock. I checked out and was very pleasantly surprised that both pairs of jeans were 30% off! I ended up getting two pair of jeans for about $45! I was very happy!!!"
