"The staff was friendly and professional about getting the job done however, I went down for my first fitting which lasted 5 mins only to have my outfit be too small. The only thing that fit was my shoes. Don't understand why I had to go down for a 5 min fitting which could have been taken care of over the phone. Not impressed about how dirty the place was. The dressing room had dust bunnies on the floor and leaves in the showroom."

Anything that did not fit right on the first try was quickly switched out for another of the many pieces they keep fully in stock at their location in New Hartford. There was no mess of waiting for a jacket or shoe to come in from another location the days before your wedding when time is precious, it’s all there on site. This was an immense help in relieving my stress as a groom and allowed me to feel comfortable and confident all day during my wedding."

"The store has high quality merchandise. We went to rent a tux, and we were pleased with the service. However, despite having measurements taken, the only part that fit properly when we picked it up several days later was the shoes. Fortunately, the worker assisting us was able to find"off the rack" items that fit. We were satisfied with the end result, but I expected more from this establishment."
