"So I went in for inspection and the guys had the car in the shop and up in the air in no time flat. Then, the tech told me my rear brakes were bad and asked if I wanted to come out in the shop to see them. It's nice they offer to give the customer the visual and arnt sketch balls like several other places. They are fast, efficient, thorough and honest guys. I fixed my brakes and swung back in for a re-inspect. And it took so little time, I was floored. Such a great place, honestly, I don't even care that my car failed Inspection the first time. They still showed me exactly what was wrong and I got it re-inspected. 5 star experience."

"I got a new to me car 4 months ago and took it in for its 1st oil change. I had never been to Jiffy Lube before and decided to try it as it was en route to the grocery store. Robert greeted me and took all my info. When I mentioned I wanted the cheapest oil change he explained why I couldn't do it in this new car. Apparently I needed to use synthetic or part synthetic which was more expensive than I was used to paying. After he explained everything that was going to be included, we found a coupon online and I was in. I opted to wait in the waiting room so they could do a free vacuum on my carpets. The waiting room was nice. Comfortable chairs, complimentary drinks, and tv. He told me it would take about 20 min but I'm pretty sure it was less than that. Although I had sticker shock at first, they told me I can come in anytime for free fluid top off and tire fills. Their customer service was great, I didn't have to wait long like other places, and the online coupons make the price pretty comparable."

Free coffee and water while I waited for the oil change and rotation of tires. The mechanic showed me very dirty cabin and engine filters that I decided need changing as well. Got a $20 coupon to offset the price of the filters. Will use them again for my next oil change."
