"Everyone I interacted with was very polite. I went to see a vehicle that was advertised with “new inspection”. They showed us to the car and keys, then went inside and left us alone. After the test drive, I expressed concerns about some noises the vehicle was making. I also asked if there was any flexibility on the price. The sales rep stated the price was firm. It was near the upper cap of its KBB range for make/model/mileage, above their "fair purchase price" for the week. They also explained that the vehicle would need to be inspected before purchase (?), after which any repairs needed for the strange noises could be made. I did not make a purchase, and would only consider going back if there happened to be a very great deal. Edit to add: seeing how this business responds to constructive criticism, I would actually not consider going back. I was not upset that I didn’t have to pay over $4k for a 2006 with blown out front speakers, no console, crank windows, and a strange noise. I actually purchased a newer used Chevy the following day. I also did not ask for the employee’s private health information. I do find it very sad that their employees can’t get time off work when they are apparently 9 months pregnant, though."
