"There are signs everywhere stating that Monster Javas are 2 for $6. The cashiers are completely oblivious to this fact when the 2 Monster Java's ring up at $8.72. No one is paying any attention to what they are doing at this place and I'm never going there ever again."

"I ordered a pizza and it said it will be ready in 15 minutes and I went down around 20-25 minutes later and they said they were changing from day shift to night and I said ok I will wait and then the whole system went down and I waited 20 minutes and at that point I went back home. Which was a waste of gas and time for me. I like there food but when I was waiting and no one was telling the customers anything and I heard them say before I left the system is still down."

"I come here all the time. The food from empire is delicious. The snack/drink options inside are pretty varied. There are many friendly employees like Charles an awesome cashier that always remembers me and makes me feel welcomed."

"Fairly reasonable prices, very good hot foods. The 2 star loss for them is poor service. Constantly no-greeting by the night shift. Literally walked in, grabbed my stuff and put it on the counter, no hello, or how's it going, he just scanned my stuff and just stared at me lol.. and this is multiple employees. There's only 2 lines they're missing - "hi, how are you" and "that'll be $9.99 today" (or whatever the price of the items) ... really it's not that hard. 3 stars is fair and accurate. ** UPDATE ** Within a week it was clear that they had spoken with and corrected the professionalism of their staff members, so I added a star to their review."

"Good food but not a healthy place to go. They care about taking your money but dont care if you get covid. In the morning people are running in and out not wearing mask. But deli guy not wearing a mask, how do you tell customers to? Im done going across street to buy gas and get my food..Alot of our family as Sandy said will no longer be going there. Going to turn them in."
