"Ordered through the app. Food was waiting for me when I got there and tasted awesome. I got the fish sandwich and it's way better than McDonald's or Burger King. Unfortunately something must have happened with the app, as I wanted curly fries, but went through as crinklecut. And you gotta try the hallapino poppers, they're sooo good especially with the sauce that comes with them."
"No I will NEVER go back to this Arby's. As you can see I ordered a French dip and Swiss, they probably put it in the microwave for 30 secs because it was cold and the cheese was SLIGHTLY melted. The au jus was piping hot. As you can see I am a POC, when I approached the counter I was greeted by a caucasian woman and she was nice. She must of been too nice because the black women were giving her dirty looks for being nice to me. She even said herself "Geez I can't be nice to people?" As I waited for my food some of the black women were making uglier faces than what they had and I was just confused as to what the attitude was about? Go to the Arby's in Colonie mall, it's a nice Hispanic man and woman there who always are friendly and make my meal right."

"If you like Arby's food, then this is a good one. The staff is friendly and efficient, the food was hot and fresh, and there was very little waiting. I can also say I have never had them make a mistake with a customization on an order, no matter how unusual the requirements are. And if they aren't sure about something, they will ask to verify which is a big plus."
