"Cool place due to the stones with fossils from local mountains. Service took a bit of time. Food was good, and I had lunch special for $10, a good deal."

"We've come here quite a few times when my husband's working and I happen to be able to go with him,sometimes, the foods always been delicious, the restaurant itself has always been clean and the appearance,cozy and warm. We went here maybe a week ago and we were sat down promptly, it wasn't very busy at that time so we ordered since we already knew what we wanted,ate our meal and waited for the waitress to come over,and waited a bit more, finally she comes back,we get the bill and we go up to pay, and we wait for the hostess, a couple with a toddler come in the behind us, she told us to wait a minute,no problem,and she goes and gets them seated, more people come in and she seats them,so we still wait, all she had to do was cash us out, it would've taken five seconds For her to do so. The people there came in after us could of waited that 5 seconds so we could get in with our day. Needless to say,I took my $10 dollar tip back,I was not very happy. We won't be coming back"

"Stopped in to have lunch before heading for the fair. We haven't been to this place in years. While not fancy, it is like stepping back in time. My wife had a cup of cream of peperoni soup that came with her cheese burger and fries. She liked it so much, she ordered some to take home. I had the simple western omelet with home fries and toast. It wasn't bad at all. Apparently, the diner is only open for breakfast and lunch."

"I always enjoy my food here. I had the patty melt which was cooked to my request of medium rare and I got French fries which were delicious. This is a great place for a quick bite or for a couple of friends having lunch/breakfast and lingering there to chat. They do stop ordering at 2:30pm and close at 3pm so plan accordingly."
