"I have come here on multiple occasions and I don't think I have ever gotten an order I placed 100% right. Something is either always screwed up or always missing. The gentleman working at night will cuss you out if you order within the hour of closing and the young assistant manager will offer to help over the phone but be too high in person to remember speaking to you and supposedly the protocol is to write down remakes in a book to be honored later but no one ever does so don't bother circling back to get what you paid for."

"This place is a great place to eat! The staff is great, it's nice and clean. Tacos are yummy! I've been coming here for years, and one thing I can say is they've never messed up my special orders! McDonald's does everytime I go there."

"Out of all the Taco Bell’s in the Rochester area, this one is probably the best one. The food comes out quick, hot and actually presentable. Not like other ones where they just throw all the stuff together and give it out."

"Service was good up until recently. They've given us the wrong order around 3 times now. We order online so the coupons they have given us to make up for the staffs mistakes are useless they are the same ones on the app. The food has been cold a few times, especially this time. Food is also poorly wrapped and poorly put together. We've decided to stop going here. Hopefully whoever reads this will hopefully have a better experience than what we have had."

"My power bowl came in a box with NO top! I said no lettuce to my regular soft taco still got lettuce. My power bowl was supposed to come with shredded cheese and never even got that! I got a small bowl of beans and rice and I was supposed to get nacho cheese and steak and didn’t get it. All my food ended up coming cold and when I went to call them the phone rang and then went to voice mail as if they ended it so they wouldn’t have to hear it"
