"You do get a small cut of actual steak which is great. The food is ok. Better then a fast food but not quite for sit down. It is a legendary local spot that I've wanted to try for years. I would go back but hesitantly if that makes sense my friends."

"Fish fry, a bit dry, not overdone. The product tasted fine, just dry. Wife's Julianne salad, LOADS of ham and turkey, and the chicken tenders are spectacular. Juicy cuts deep-fried to perfection. This is the Ontario spot, we usually go to the one in Webster and never had a bad fish fry. This could've been a one-off, so I'm not worried about it. We'll do it again. Our kids live in the area. Service was fine. It took a little longer than the Webster store. 1/4 the staff compared to webster, so I figured it would anyway. No worries"

"I posted photos of two recent take-out orders. The first was chicken nuggets and French fries. Fries were good, but the nuggets were tough and dry. Tasted like store-bought frozen nuggets. The chicken sandwich was delicious! I have purchased it both with and without fries about a dozen times. Only once was the chicken not good. Service is nice and it's usually quiet when I go here. Burgers are good, though I've only had a double Cheeseburger."

"Extremely dissappointed. Have not been to Charlie's in a long time and will not be going back. The expense is fine with me if it is worth it, but this was not. The burgers use to be hand pressed fresh ground beef and these were frozen paper thin burgers with a freezer taste. That is not what Charlie's was known for."

"Its less than one star. The Turkey dinner was absolutely awful. It tasted like plastic was cold. I spent the whole night and next month sick with an upset stomach and diarrhea months later! JUN'20 STILL HAVING DIGESTIVE ISSUES! Go to the Charlie's on Empire Blvd the food is much better so is the service. Wow, Nov '20 still having issues."
