"absolutely horrible. every single time i've gone recently it's taken 30+ minutes to get a simple fry - the teenage workers keep going in and out to smoke and nothing is actually getting done. after 30 mins of waiting I finally reminded the women of my order and she didn't even start. it was not only me. there is always others waiting while the staff has fun and doesn't do their job. no one in that place is doing what there supposed to."

"No matter the shift they are horrendously slow and improperly trained. A 15 minute wait for fast food defeats the point and the complaints about missing items are numerous. It's been like this for years now. How they let the franchisee keep this place is beyond me."

"Day shift crew I have no complaints. However the night shift crew is robbing the franchise. They shut off the sign that says they're open till midnight at least half an hour early. They shut off the drive-thru screens at the same time. Just so they can get out 15 minutes early while making zero money for the store. If you pull up to the drive-thru sometimes they will answer you sometimes they won't respond at all and sometimes when they do they'll ask you what you want and then tell you they have none of that. You ask for fresh fries and they give you old nasty fries. You ask for extra onions on your double cheeseburger and you get no onions at all. They literally act like they're mad at you for expecting them to honor their advertised hours. The franchise owner really should be notified."

"Watched 2 elderly people call for people in the restaurant to place an order for 10 minutes or so around 630pm. Bathrooms are always repulsive at this location. Tried to pee in the urinal and my feet wouldn't stay still. Fries were burnt and cold. Probably will not be returning. Staff didn't seem like they cared either. Pretty sad."

"Overall this was like most fast food places. You order you get yourbfood and that's mostly it. This place had a line but they did clear it very fast. The fries were nice and hot and didn't taste like they had been sitting for an hour. My smoothie tasted great and also didn't taste like the mix was about to be done. So for the standards of a fastfood place I give this a 5. They did what I expected and I had no complaints."
