All About Gutters

"I was recommended this company from my landscaper and all the reviews raved about the customer service. However, David takes weeks to respond if ever. It took me 2 weeks to get an invoice which I immediately approved in mid May. I asked about scheduling and he told me they only schedule 30 days in advance and right now they are about 2 months out. I said that wouldn't be an issue. 2 months goes by and I hadn't heard from anyone so I follow up with David, it takes me a few attempts before he texts me back saying that it will be another couple weeks but I was still on the list. It's now been 3 more weeks and he does not reply to calls/emails/texts. I just waited 3-4 months for him to do the work and now I have to start from scratch. Terrible communication."
