"The work that was completed was fine. Communication of pricing kept changing so definitely get a quote in writing. We asked for a statement from the man and still haven’t received it! He said it was done on his phone and would send it to my email. Still waiting to verify the amount charged. When we pointed out a large window that wasn’t cleaned, his response was it was our fault. ??? After we went inside and expressed our disappointment in the billing, we saw him cleaning it. I would not use this company again. It took over 7 hours to wash only the outside of lower windows (18 total with some very small side lights) wash only deck railing and pickets and clean one small section of gutter. Bill was over $700!!!! Charged over $100 per hour! Not many people get that kind of hourly wage. Never again!"
