"If I could list 0 stars I would. When I brought my dress In, it had a couple of stains on the bottoms but not much. I took it in and they charged me prior to service. Women said she’d get stains out. When we came back for pickup it had more stains on it. Looks like when they tried “cleaning it” they spilt chemicals on it! I’ll provide pictures but horrible service. They wouldn’t even give me refund! THEY SUCK! Don’t use them. Very rude they even laughed at us. Smells bad too."
