"Called to speak w/ HR; was given incorrect information (i.e. told that they would get back to me in fifteen minutes, that day - did not happen), and other contacts w/ staff were non-forwarding. Dropped off an application after calling and informing HR, staff were not there to speak with; owner rec'd application and stated that HR was out. Apparently, they do not really need workers (e.g. competant and worthwhile laborers). Recommended...NOT! Roll your dice though, your choice."

"We hired them in late 2012. We have now terminated the contract. Started out ok, but slowly things began to deteriorate. Dusting not done properly (how hard can this be), trash not emptied consistently, We paid additional for our carpet to be cleaned, and to be honest, I couldn't tell the difference. I contacted their office on more than one occasion to try to resolve the problems; they would always say "we'll take care of it". It would "improve" for a few days, then go back to the way it was. One of my physicians, who was present when they would come to clean, would tell me that they did not stay for more than 10-15 minutes. How do you clean an entire office in 15 minutes?? On my FOURTH call to them, I spoke with the son of the owner, who assured me that the problems would be handled and that he would send the "supervisor" out to clean our office "from now on". Uh huh. That helped. NOT. As of two days ago, I sent them a termination letter via fax and I mailed the original. Did I get a call to ask why or to try to keep our business? Nope. Shocker. Don't hire these people. They don't seem to care about anything except getting the invoice paid. I have now hire a new company - Jan-Pro. They are AWESOME. Call them instead."
