"I would like to give a huge shout out to Kristie from Brothers Cleaners for her professionalism and her excellent customer service that she has given consistently! On one such occasion, on a Saturday, I headed to the cleaners to pick up my items. I thought that the cleaners closed at 3:00 pm but the cleaners actually closed at 2:00 pm. To my surprise, when I arrived at 2:15 pm, they were closed and it clearly stated that on the sign and clearly, the mistake was mine. Kristie was still there unbeknownst to me. She saw me and let me in and allowed me to retrieve my items. She went above and beyond what I expected! There are several other wonderful employees that are there and are always just so kind as well! They are Julie, Tina and the seamstress who is affectionately called Mom, Teisa! I am a proud and loyal customer of Brothers cleaners and I truly appreciate the work they do! It is top notch!"
"Had several pieces washed and whitened. One shirt was returned pretty much as it was when I took it in. It had a Customer Note pinned inside with the "We need more time." box checked. No mention of this at pick up. They charged me $9.62 for an uncleaned item. I phoned to share this experience and was offered a store credit. I would have preferred a refund. They didn't clean the item."
"Excellent service, and prices. They were actually able to remove a chocolate stain on my husband’s new shirt, polyester flannel, even though it’d already been set in by going through the dryer accidentally!!! This will always be our dry cleaners."
"In summary: I wanted to have my grandmother’s wedding gown from 1962 restored. The $220 service provided was satisfactory given the circumstances and completed earlier than expected but there was almost no communication throughout the process. I dropped the gown off on 9/12 and was given a 3-month estimate for the entire process. I provided my phone number and email and was told the gown would be inspected to see to what extent they could clean it. Then I would be contacted with what decision was made and pricing information before it was cleaned. 10/11 I hadn’t received any communication (except marketing emails) so I called and left a voicemail asking for an update. 10/12 I received an email back that the gown was scheduled for 10/27 and I would receive a text when it is done. 10/23 I received a text that the gown was ready for pickup. Attached are before and after photos of the gown. The areas where the beading melted and burned the gown I expected to be difficult to clean, and there are several areas where the lace is still stained. I’m sure they did the best they could with it, and it was finished in only 6 weeks. I am disappointed because I was told I would be contacted with details regarding to what extent the gown could be cleaned but I never was, and I never knew a price until I was notified that the cleaning was finished. If I had never called I wouldn’t have received any communication other than the “ready for pickup” text, and even then the only additional information I got was when it was scheduled for cleaning. In total it was $220 plus tax for the restoration which was partially successful."
"We dropped off a very heavy intricate embroidery designed custom made bedspread to be dry cleaned. There wasn’t any stains or ground in dirt but had not been cleaned in several years. It was very dusty and just soiled from hands making the bed. It was returned in beautiful condition, smells so good, so sparkly clean and bright it almost looks new. Only problem is it looks so good I can’t justify getting a new one. Thank you so much!"
