"Do not hire or use this company! Bought a Living Social deal for their "Deep Cleaning Service".... Should have researched them online prior to purchasing, as I'm not suffering from a severe case of Buyer's Remorse. When setting up the Living Social deal, I was instructed to request an appointment date with BK Cleaning at least 2 weeks out, using their Contact page on their web site, which I did. They confirmed the appointment via a random text message sent to my cell phone... for the wrong date. After contacting them several times about this with no success, I receive another text confirming the correct date - however, no start / finish time was provided. I attempted to contact them again several times to confirm a start / finish time, but I never received a reply. On the morning of the day they were to show up for the cleaning at our home, I finally spoke to Larry, the owner (?) on the phone. He told me they were a couple of houses behind, but that they would be at our home by Noon that day. My wife waited at our home all day for them to arrive, but they never showed up. No one from their company called to say that they could not make it, or to apologize for missing the appointment, or to reschedule... Nothing. I attempted to contact them at least a dozen time over the next few days, via text message and telephone, but was only able to leave voicemails for them to call me back... Which they never did. No one from their company has ever contacted me about the missed appointment or to attempt to reschedule the cleaning. This so-called "company" is poorly run and obviously mismanaged to the point that I cannot believe Living Social would even sell their services,. BK Cleaning displays zero professionalism, and ultimately treats its customers with indifference and disdain. If you hire this company, you'll likely be sorry that you did."

"DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Not accredited with the BBB, has an F rating with the BBB. Now I know why. My wife scheduled their services on Tuesday, Larry cancelled and said that they would not be able to return until the 18th. My wife finally got him to realize that is unacceptable and he agreed to come today, Saturday, January 16th at 0800. No one has shown up! I attempted to call Larry and he has yet to respond to my voicemail. I also tried calling their office because Google says they are "Open".... No response. What kind of a company is this? Zero professionalism. If you are going to be late or even not show up at least call and tell us."

"PLEASE READ MY REVIEW BEFORE CONSIDERING SERVICE!! I had to score a star because the website made me. I have had to reschedule service 3 times, one of which was scheduling conflict related, but the 2nd and 3rd times were because they were a no-show. And both of these times I called to be told, "let me call you back in 15 minutes so I can see were the cleaners are", and neither time receiving a call back. Then I proceed to attempt to call back with a no answer. VERY FRUSTRATING. I read the reviews prior to service, one of which seemed to have a similar experience, and I was naïve and giving fair opportunity to prove that this was a professionally run business, I have found the exact opposite. I had purchased this service via groupon, so I am uncertain if maybe they had already received their money and was not concerned about customer satisfaction?? Wish I could actually comment on the service, but I was not lucky enough to receive any... Hope this helps!"
