"I was referred by senior care for a good trustworthy cleaning service for my 85 year old mom with a lot of issues with failing health. This is supposed to be a professional service in Raleigh where mom lives. She tried to tell me it is no longer possible for her to service my mom because it is to far away. What kind of service that is listed and services Raleigh would abandon a senior citizen desperately in need. I offered to give her more money and pay for deep cleaning and she just ignored me kicking my mother to the curb. Very unprofessional and uncaring. I paid for months directly with Zelle . She should be ashamed of herself for abandoning mom a very frail senior that desperatly needs help every other week! It is a poor excuse it is 1 hour from her home and I offered her extra money for travel!"
