"I am satisfied with the cleaning. However you are more expensive that my cleaner in South Jersey. Plus in south Jersey they picked up and delivered. I also got a senior discount. I'm from the Cape May/ Wildwood area."

"The cleaning service was great. No complaints. Unfortunately it is insanely expensive. They charged $104 for seven ladies blazers and one men's suit. That is over $10 per garment. So while the service is good, and the reason for three stars instead of one star, we will only be back if we need something same day in an emergency. Aside from that limited use case, the prices are simply not justifiable."

"I had a pair of pants returned from this location with 3 large stains that were not of my doing. The stains completely altered the texture of my pants. I attempted to have them redone but they were unable to fix all of the damage they had done and simply placed a tag on my garment saying there was nothing more they could do. I had to return to the store to receive a refund for the damage done to my clothing. The individual I was dealing with was cold and indifferent about my concerns each time I visited. She could barely look me in the eye. This is an extremely disappointing experience as my family has been coming to this business for years. I’m not sure if there has been a change in management or ownership but this is certainly not the quality of care or level of customer service we have been accustomed to at this business. Saying I’m disappointed is an understatement. I would have appreciated better communication and customer service. If you have clothes or garments that you would like to be dry cleaned with care I strongly suggest taking your belongings elsewhere."

"Very disappointed with my experience here. I brought in my wedding dress for cleaning because I had read good reviews for this service here. I emailed to ask for a quote, and was told that the standard cleaning/pressing “starts” at $259. The email went on to say that I could schedule a consultation to get an exact quote. When I responded to ask to set up the consultation, I never received a reply (that email was sent 1 month ago). So I just brought it in. I asked when I dropped it off how much it would be, and was told they wouldn’t know until it was looked at. It had to be sent out somewhere for special cleaning. I was told they would contact me with a price estimate once it was reviewed. I did not hear anything again until it was ready for pick up, and was quite shocked to be asked to pay $417. Much more than the “starting” price. The dress was very simple too. I asked the employee if he could explain the price and he had no idea. When I looked at the dress, I was disappointed to see stains still present."
