"We checked their website before we left for movie times. Our children wanted to see migration which was on their website as 12:30. We get there only to find out that some of the movies are not able to be shown because of licensing/format issues. On top of that over half of the theaters do not have any heat. It's not like it was super cold either, I just think they don't have heat. Never going back here after this experience. Extremely disappointing."

"Went to see aquaman 2 while visiting my mom at Christmas. The theater was colder than it was outside (40°)!! We were freezing and there was not even a tiny bit of heat. We will be going out of town for our next movie. What a huge disappointment. My mom had two blankets on and had to wear gloves. Please fix the dang heat!!! This is NOT ACCEPTABLE!!"

"Popcorn was great and the employees were friendly but the theater itself needs a major overhaul. The seats were truly gross. It took five minutes to find two that weren’t stained or crusted with who knows what. The floor has been ripped up and the theater we were in (5) had a horrid musty smell. There was a fan running so I assumed maybe there was a water leak they were trying to take care of but it was rough to sit in for two hours. I probably won’t come back to this theater until major improvements are made, which is a shame as this is the theater I grew up going to."

"My first experience with this theater was for my child's birthday party and it was a blast! The staff were helpful and friendly in spite if it being an extremely busy day (on account of the Mario movie opening). I was also impressed with the value offered when reserving their birthday party room. Place settings, table cloths, drinks and popcorn and ten child movie tickets were all provided in the low price! Everything was clean (bathrooms included) and the sound and projection in the auditorium were on par with what you'd find in Winston-Salem. Compared to some in W-S, it was better (looking at you, The Grand). I was genuinely impressed and had a great experience overall. My family will be returning as often as we can!"
