"The quality of the work is outstanding, and had the customer service been up to par I would be more than willing to provide a 5-star rating. I scheduled an appointment on Monday, to have my carpet cleaned on Thursday between 12PM-1PM. He informed me that they would possibly be able to come between 10AM-11AM. I have dogs so I made arrangements for them to be gone within this time window. At 1PM, I hadn't received a call so I contacted Mark. He informed me that he'd made a mistake with scheduling but would be out my way by 3PM. He arrived at 4PM. The work is excellent, but considering that I wasted an entire day waiting on their services, which was a bit inconvenient considering I have to move on Friday, I was expecting to have the services discounted (even if it was as simple as the sales tax) or at least something out of consideration to rectify the situation. There was nothing provided or even offered. He also left my back door open upon leaving, which I didn't notice until about 45-minutes after he left. The service is good, but customer service could be better."
