The owner refused to guarantee that crew would not be back in our home. There are no background checks on employees. We stopped using Green Professional because we could not trust them in our home."

"Paid for a deep clean to only receive partial regular cleaning. Before they left they wanted me to do a check but floors were still wet so I waited. Once the floors dried I went in the kitchen and notice they didn't clean my stove top, microwave, wipe down cabinets, windows, or clean ceiling fans. I made the owner aware instead of sending out her employee to correct the action she only offered 10% off next service. Do not recommend!"

"My mother had hired this company to do a "Deep Clean" after over 4 years of service. They were paid and received a tip on top of it. My mother mistakenly inspected her home after the 3 ladies left. There was still cobwebs from the corners of the floors to the tops of the lights. Windows and sliding doors were not clean just to name a few. It is extremely disappointing. She was assured by the Owner they would return the following week to correct the problems and never showed or called. Not only is this extremely upsetting to my 70 year old mother, it is unprofessional and just not right. ***Be sure to inspect your home/business before they leave if you do decide to use them."
