"My 1st time there. The team treated me as I've been a customer there for years. I was told about the 24/7 drop off service and given a price list. CUSTOMER SERVICE was STELLAR! I definitely will be back and telling my family and friends about this dry cleaning service. Oh, I forgot that I was able to get a bottle of water, a couple pieces of candy and a sample of unstoppable booster for my personal laundry....so, yep! They won me over!"

"Though I was initially impressed with the mechanics and quality of tide cleaners my recent interaction with them have made me determined never to go back. I dropped off three articles of clothing on a Wednesday to be cleaned with a minor stain. I was told to pick them all up the next day after five pm. Five pm rolls around and I show up to pick up my stuff, shocker, only 2/3 of it is ready. Having patience and understanding that things happen I just pay and get told to pick up final shirt the next day anytime after 5. I then show up the next day and to my surprise it still isn’t ready!! This time I’m told it won’t be ready for another 4(??) days after my initial pick up date. No managers are available for me to talk to and when I ask for my shirt back to cut my losses I’m told that “we don’t know where it is”. Finally after digging through boxes the worker finds it and is able to give it to me. Although all the workers were very nice, just save yourself the time/mental strain and just take your clothes somewhere where they have accountability and do it right the first time"

"Brought them a thrifted blazer that had a subtle stale, been sitting in grandmas closet forever smell to it. They did a pretty good job with the texture, it was nice and soft after. But the blazer still had a bit of a smell to it; not as noticeable as before but I was surprised it didn’t smell fresher."
