"Unfortunately, after 5 years as a regular customer to this cleaners, I encountered several clothing items that had been damaged and when approaching the business about this, I was immediately made to feel as though it was my fault. Each item still had the dry cleaning tags on them. Unfortunately, they would not take any sort of responsibility for the damage and I will be finding another cleaners."

"Didn’t even make inside the place. Went next door to check on my son to see about how far along his fillings were after running to Publix. Had every intention of going back to the dry cleaner to see about pricing for work clothes, heavy blankets and to see if they do alterations. Didn’t make it that far because some guy came out crying like a Karen because I parked in his spot. Won’t do business with people that have no patience and get condescending and snotty when they assume the worst in people. My business is better served elsewhere."

"First time using Cross Creek Cleaners, but after this experience, they will be my go to. I brought in a heavily soiled jacket and I had no idea if they would even be able to get it cleaned. "Beware of this place! They increased my charges by $20 straight and failed to inform me that they would change the prices. I got a receipt with charges when I dropped off my clothes. When I went to pick up my clothes they just charged me additional money without even telling me. I happen to ask them that I think the charges are more than my original and was told that the owner re estimated the prices. I, the customer was NEVER told about this. I was not even given an option to decide if I wanted the cleaning for that price or not.. Very very frustrating and a bad experience. Editing this to reply to owner: I think you are missing the whole point. My concern is that the customer should hav been consulted or informed when the pricing changes. Customer should have the opportunity to decide if f they wish to get it dry cleaned with the new pricing or not. That clearly did not happen in this case. Also, I was not even informed while picking clothes that the prices have changed. I had to ask them when I realized it was higher. Seems like betrayal to me. BTW, I paid the full new price you had quoted ."

"I have been a customer here for the past couple years and it occurred to me I have not written a review, and I would love to recommend this place! Our business requires dry cleaning typically on a weekly basis, and Devin and his team are always willing to go the extra mile for us. They have been able to expedite cleaning for me, work with my busy schedule and have always returned our pieces in exceptional condition. Have never had any damages, lost items or late pick ups. Even after moving slightly farther away, I still make the effort to come here for the great service. Best value I have seen working in my business and friendly people too. 11 out of 10! :)"
