Made multiple arrangements to return only to have fake emergencies including doctors appointments for her father. Similar reviews of the same on Angie's list from other owners. Who knew cleaning means cleaning out to some people. Stay Away!!"

"After calling several cleaning companies to get my house clean and ready to be photographed for sale, and getting no answers. I called Crystal Clean and within an hour Heather called me back. I had quite a time frame to work within and she made it work! "Heather (and Crystal Clear Cleaning) has been with us for several years, and she does a fantastic job of cleaning our rental property! We are booked every Saturday from March to November, and we rely on the renters arriving to a sparkling clean place with linens. After all, it is their vacation, so things should look great! Some renters take good care of the place and some are less than ideal. But Heather does it all! She also does the odd weekday clean when we have a renter in the off-season checking out on a Sunday or Monday etc. and someone else checking in right away. She even works with the renters on little things. (Example: she helped a renter who could not figure out our cable box and spent a long time on the phone with her, guiding her through how the television worked). So many other little moments like that where Heather and Crystal Clear has come to the rescue!"
