"I had used them in the past for nice dress shirts, jackets, pants, etc. and they seemed reasonably priced for the area so I dropped off another coat to be dry cleaned. It was my fault, I suppose, for not inquiring how much it would cost ahead of time (but I had taken many articles of clothing to have cleaned before and I figured it would be a similar cost). I was shocked when the bill was $60 (for one coat). When I asked why it was so expensive this time they said it was because it was "Burberry" (which was puzzling to me; it was just a cotton trench coat; they are cleaning clothing, not a label). I took another Burberry (this one an even more expensive wool trench coat) to the dry cleaners near my office just for comparison and it looked great, cost me $20, and it was even ready in one day. Word to the wise: get a quote before you drop anything that may incur this luxury tax."

"If I could give zero stars I would. Not only did they ruin my article of clothing the customer service response was rude and condescending. After two attempts to remove a small smudge of makeup about the size of my thumbnail, I now have a white dress with numerous chemical stains all over of the front. We I stated I was not happy and what could be done. The response I received was "What do you want me to do about it?" I'm the only one here and OF COURSE I know what makeup is. You just need to call the office" He then proceed to turn and walk off. So there you go, I paid basically $20 to have a $300 dress RUINED , then be insulted. I guess this is how much value Colwick Cleaners place on their customers."

"I took 2 comforters in for laundry - Coat was $114!!!! I could have bought new ones for that price. If i had a wash machine large enough I would have done these myself! Lesson learned Ask about pricing before leaving items"

"Horrible service. Just moved to the area, 1st time here. Should have trusted my gut and went with my regulars across town. I’ve never had issues with these very items left for dry cleaning. Upon picking up I was told one of the jackets couldn’t be done (no history of dry clean issues before) two other tops that had same original stains as I dropped them off. I paid for no service thankfully. Will never waste my time here again."

"Friendly staff but poor quality of work. I used them twice to have my dress shirts cleaned and pressed. As you can see from the pictures, this shirt was clearly not pressed and that is what they all looked like. They charge $4 a shirt which is on the higher end so I definitely won’t be back considering the quality of their work. Update: The owner provided a refund and I updated my rating to 3 stars."
