"Amber has been a gem. I currently own 2 rental properties. One Down in North Carolina and one in my home state of Maryland. My Maryland management team has been a pain, hard to communicate with and charge outrageous maintenance fees for simple repairs. Amber and her company have been the total opposite. She finds reasonably priced contractors, has assisted me in doing an appraisal to cash out refinance, and because of her I want to focus my portfolio more in NC then my own home state of Maryland. I have that much trust in her work. I would recommend her to any property owner looking to rent their home. Thank you for everything."
"When i say one of my biggest mistakes was renting from this company...Let me tell you, I rented a home from this management company for 2 years, was never told of any issues during my inspections, after i found mold in the home everything really went downhill. I was informed the owner wanted to sell, and the mold would not be fixed. They were willing to break my lease early..Once i moved in 20 days..i kept trying to schedule my move out inspection.The property manager Amber was always busy. I agreed to turn in my key and she do the move out inspection.( her suggestion) In about 7 days i received her results a $ 4000 bill for damages. Talk about surprised.After speaking with Laura the new homeowner , NOTHING WAS EVEN REPAIRED IN THE HOME..so everything Amber was charging me for, were made up repairs. The only thing i did to the property was my dog chewed the doorjamb to the backdoor and 1 piece of wood on the steps.., and my daughter burned a incense on the bathroom vanity..how does that total 4000, on top of that, the firepit that was in the backyard was removed and she charged me for a burn pile..stating there was never a fire pit and i have a picture..This was the RENTAL AGENCY FROM HELL...BEWAREEEEE.....Replying to the response... Before moving i tried to set a time to do the walkout inspection you were not available..i do have the texts i can post..also the mold issue was not repaired..i mean if spraying bleach on mold is repairing to you..but i was taught..you have to find the reason for mold to repair it..THAT WAS NEVER DONE...you sprayed bleach on it.i was compensated 200$ out of the 600 $ i spent at a hotel...I mean if thats compensated...after speaking with the new home owner..nothing was even repaired in the home......NOTHING...the home was sold AS.. A FLAT OUT LIE BY THE PROPERTY MANAGER...The home was professionally cleaned..and half the repairs..there were no pictures of...as i was given a response to this review..i should have been given the receipts i asked for several times showing WHAT WAS PAID...My past due rent should be compensated for the 500$ water bill i was given for the water main break...Aqus reimburses 15% what about the other 85%..I cannot believe this response ....AS I STATED BEWARE...SCAMMERSSSS..pictures will be posted soon...I also forgot to mention with her repair bill she sent pictures of trash..that was picked up by the trashman that friday...anything to make me look like a bad tenant...I can go on and on..I sware i need 20 minutes of channel 11 news to air this company out..if anyone can help me with that."
