"This place is very unprofessional, and hard to get in contact with. I have been living here for sometime and they change management all the time they are never in the office. When you drop paperwork off that they request they lose it and make it seem like you never turned it in then put threatening letters in the door that you will get evicted if paperwork is not turned in. (Mind you the paperwork was turned in already) they barely come and fix what need to be fixed. You leave messages I guess they pick and choose when to call you back. It's ridiculous I will be putting in a complaint on Monday morning."

"It is a process to rent the apartments, which I love because they are very selective with who they let in. HOWEVER, once a person is in the apartment, the office doesn't really check to see who is there and who is not, I ended up with downstairs neighbors from hell because a tenant decided to move her cousin in who loved to party and smoke weed on a nightly basis. The office is only open 2 days out the week and 90% of the time they aren't even in , so you gotta catch them while you can. The manager is sweet, and she does her job BUT ONLY WHEN SHE IS IN THE OFFICE. Again, catch them while you can. Maintenance is pretty quick with handling jobs. Apartment complex is very clean and well maintained. Quiet area for the most part. When moving in make sure you document items that aren't fixed. I got charged to strip floors that were supposed to be stripped BEFORE I moved in to my apartment. I was in a rush to move in that I agreed to have them do it while I was occupying the apartment. It was never done and they charged me for something they were supposed to do prior to me moving in. My lawyers are now handling that issue. There are inspections every 6 weeks, that was no biggie for me, keep a clean home and you will pass...be aware though, if you pass on a regular and there is a County and State inspection where the top dogs come in, they will use your apartment to pass that inspection every time. Other than the charges at move out, community is decent for the price."

"These are secretly hidden Villas and Apartments. I didn't find them online through traditional search channels, but by driving by and they caught my eye. Setup an appointment and was pleased. Although I ended up locating a house instead for myself; my cousin did end up moving there and she has had no complaints."

"Community is great, very family friendly! The apartments themselves are very nice as well. Office staff, good luck trying to get ahold of them, plus they tend to be rude when you do get ahold of them."
