"New management has completely ruined the place , been here 3 years and can’t wait to leave. Towing cars in broad daylight with no notice or time for residents to get affairs in order.. no compassion or care from leasing office, attitude and poor management. Trash outside , black and milds on the grounds , and a lot of teenagers."
"These apartments used to be beautiful! But now they are TERRIBLE! new people who’s moving in dumping trash everywhere, blasting music in their cars at 1-4 o’clock in the morning, and the smell of marijuana EVERYWHERE. I’ve been living here for 6 years now and to see this apartment complex go from that to this is VERY concerning."
"My review is related to the tour and potential tenant experience only. I opted to go with another property that was more affordable and offered a move in promotion. Heather in the leasing office is awesome. I got a fabulous tour with her, she was extremely patient and very knowledgeable about the property. If I was going to base my rental decision off her customer service I’d probably have moved in. I opted not to rent at GAW based on concerns I had about the exorbitant rent increase at lease renewal I was told about by a current renter(it’s also mentioned here in the reviews). I can’t say enough about Heather, her customer service and knowledge. She’s great."
"I got stuck here for a third year now and there’s pros such as the pool, gym, everything else being pretty close and Maintenance has been good for the most part. The cons are far more than the pros that’s for sure. My rent has gone up $400 in the last two years and I doubt it’ll stop there. The property isn’t as maintained as it used to be there’s trash in the stairwells and outside all the time. Everyone in a car feels the need to be as loud as possible ALL THE TIME. Of course I’ve been stuck next to the same neighbors this whole time which the issues weren’t resolved for a good while until the leasing office was involved on multiple occasions. I am also really glad I’m paying a fortune to just get high off of the neighbors too because my entire apartment wreaks of pot constantly and there are others who I’ve even seen do it in the parking lot but the office won’t do anything about that. Energy bill is insanely expensive in the summer if you’re on the third floor because the property failed to put in better AC units to battle the heat. All this money and they haven’t put in security cameras which would be a benefit considering one of my friends had her jeep scratched up in the parking lot because they tried to steal a winch off of it and another whose car was keyed on the door. There are so many kids here and they’re just as loud as the cars along with foul language , fighting in the parking lot and talking garbage to other kids just to start something. I’m trying my hardest to make This my last year here at this point a mortgage and probably my energy bill will cost a lot less and I don’t have to worry about getting ripped off my rent anymore."
"Lived on back side of apartments, then moved across from the office. Both locations were great. Staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming even for pets. All of the amenities were well kept. Maintenance was super helpful did everything they could to correct any issues. Best apartments in Wake County."
