"If I could give them a zero I would my mother was homeless they approved her she paid her deposit just to call her back the next a day and say she was denied cause information couldn't be verified shouldn't that be done before the approval don't waste you time applying unless you have money and time to waste!!!!!!!!"

"My experience here has been wonderful. My only problem has been lazy tenants. Too lazy to put their trash in the bin and too nasty to clean up behind their dogs. Matt has been a wonderful maintenance guy. Comes right away to fix whatever problem you have. Matt has a great personality and very kind ways. A gem. The office staff is always kind and helpful also."
