"Good dry cleaners, friendly, good prices, great alterations, small family business, everything is always ready when they tell you, hard working dedicated to quality, unlike other cleaners near by!! Try them out, believe you will be very pleased."
"I have used this place several times hoping each time would be a better experience. Thinking maybe the owner was having a bad day. You have to make sure the work has been completed. Each time I’ve been in the work has been incomplete. She gets very angry. This past time she was suppose to hem two jumpers and replace a zipper. The zipper was still broken. I was so frustrated because this was the third time dealing with incomplete and unsatisfactory work. The owner is rude and hateful. I will never use this place again."
"The woman who owns this store is so kind and does wonderful work! I use them regularly for cleaning and alterations."
"Took a jacket in to have it fitted as I lost some weight. They took out material to high and now doesn't fit my shoulders and the jacket is ruined. The dry cleaned a few shirts but didn't pin the sleeves together so they were already wrinkled when I picked them up. Save yourself some frustration and aggravation by going elsewhere."
"I took two fishing vests in to have zippers fixed and a name tag sewn on (it was already attached with fabric glue). When I went to pick them up she gave me the bill that read $22 although the total amount had been scribbled out the total of the items she said were repaired was $22. I gave her the money and she said 'no, $40', I showed her the bill that didn't say $40 anywhere and the total of the items was $22. She then got a little angry. I knew I wasn't getting my vests back if I didn't pay her so I did. When I got them home I saw that she didn't do any of the repairs that I asked for, she did mange to sew the large pocket across the back closed. I haven't felt so ripped off in a long time."
