"This apartment complex is horrible. I moved out in October and was due a full refund of my deposit and over payment in rent. I have called the Apartment complex throughout the last few months and I have not received a return call or return email even after trying for several months. When I happen to catch the Manager in the office she always tells me she will check on it and call back but NEVER calls back or emails. I have escalated this issue to The Michaels Group and the District Manager never responded after several weeks. I called THE Michaels Group back and asked to speak with someone that could help me. I spoke with a lady that also verified the refund was due and she told me she would look into it and give me a call. It has been 2 weeks and everytime I have called and left a message she does not return my call. I have decided to take legal action since it is a large amount of money owed. I would not recommend renting from them unless you never need assistance from them because the manager is never in the office and they do not respond to calls or emails."
