"Management does a really good job keeping everything really nice with maintenance. Good appliances, flooring, paint and the dumpster areas are always maintained and clean too."

"The place is nice except for the fact that the master bedrooms bathroom sink is separate from the rest of the bathroom. the staff is horrible. they don’t take accountability for nothing. the place is overpriced for a 2bd 2ba the late fees are ridiculous & there’s really no pizzazz about it. if i could give 0 stars i would’ve."

"Wonderful place to live!! Since we moved in the staff has been nothing but accommodating. Heather in the front office has been awesome at handling our concerns in a timely manner & providing updates on community events. We wish there were washer & dryer hookups. However, the laundry facility is a reasonable distance from our unit so it’s not too bad. Overall, a great experience!"

"This is a wonderful place! If you are relocating for the service or just moving local give Glendale a top spot. I had a great experience here. The move was extremely easy. Erin and Melissa are hands down the most professional and courteous property managers I’ve ever encountered. Maintenance here is also excellent with an unbeatable response time. Submit your request and it will be completed same day or next morning. The homes themselves are spacious and priced to outmatch every other location with equivalent space. I have already recommended and helped a friend with his transition to this property and I will keep doing so!"
