"I rented an apartment in this building, and from the first day, I was attacked by roaches. Despite numerous sprays and calls, the issue wasn't resolved. I had to leave the apartment as soon as possible, and to this day, I'm traumatized. I hope the new management makes a change. I even have pictures of the roaches crawling on my camera, sneaking in my friends bags and everything. The roaches own that place."

"I'm a tenant and had a few issues abt my apt. I spoke to Megan about them. Thr very next day she sent thr maintenence man, Chad. He fixed the garbage dispososal and took care of a couple of other things the very next day. He is very knowledgeable of what he's doing. Him and Megan are very pleasant people. We have been here for almost a year and are very happy with the place."

"The good reviews on here seriously must be from the people who actually work here. This place needs serious pest control. We pay monthly for the front office to have a weekly visit from “chem pro” Meanwhile we only get pest control “sprayed outside of the building” what good does that do the tenants when the pest are inside. Terminix did a way better job that Chem pro unfortunately. Been here several years and never had an issue this bad until this recent year. We used to complain about the other owners and staff who worked here. But please bring them back because I hate it here. Seriously, rent a house somewhere and save yourself the trouble of moving into “Amora West” Edit to response: my information is in fact NOT incorrect because it came from the mouth of front desk girl “manager”"

"Soldiers at Fort Bragg beware!!! Amora west/sweet water management has been an absolutely terrible experience so far. Unanswered phone calls, increased rent without upgrades, and swindled into another 1 year lease. You can have so much more for nearly the same rent at another apartment complex. They simply don't care about you"
