"This is the second suit jacket of mine these folks have ruined, so I won’t be back. The first time, I left a review and they called and begged me to delete it. I will do no such thing this time. First time around, they tried to explain that it was the quality of my suit jacket, and it just couldn’t withstand the cleaning process. The one they just ruined wasn’t “cheap” at all. I won’t be back. Ever. And if you have expensive clothing that you don’t want ruined, I suggest you find another cleaner too. When they ruin your clothes, they have the gall to tell you it’s your fault and your clothes are too cheap for their cleaning process. These folks need to learn a thing about “accountability”. There’s no excuse for a dry cleaner who ruins TWO suit jackets. No third chances."

"Had my clothes dry cleaned and pressed. They had it done a day earlier which was nice. Friendly people. I haven't had anything cleaned in several years so I don't know what the average price is anymore but it gone up a lot since the last time. But I will definitely be a returning customer."

"They stretched out 3 of my wife's sweaters while cleaning them. It's been 3 weeks and they still have not said if they fixed or Will be replaced. Waiting...... After about 4 weeks we got the sweaters back. Somehow they shrunk them close to their original size."
