"This is the second time I've used Lewis Farms/Liquid Waste. Once in Wilmington a couple of years ago and this week in Burgaw. Both times, they were quick to arrive. Kendrick called and explained the issues and the potential issues I had with the 75 year old septic system. He was kind, patient and fully explained what he thought was going on. "Seen their ad online and decided to call to get a quote just out of curiosity. I was shocked when I was told that their pumping price started at $450 for a standard size 1000 gallon residential tank. Questioned price and was told that fuel prices went up. Decided to read some reviews afterwards here and it appears that the price was $350 last year according to another review here. I am aware that fuel went up but I think a $100 increase in their charges are somewhat too much adjustment. Called my usual company and their fuel adjustment price was only $50. I ended up getting the same service done for $200 less."

"While the two individuals who came out to my property were extremely nice and informative, the company straight up lied to me on the original estimate. I was quoted $300 over the phone, and $600 for both the pumping and the pipe cleaning. It was very explicit that the price was $300 for each service. When I received the bill it was $350 and I called to ask about the discrepancy I was just told "I'm the only person you would have talked to , and it's been $350 for years" - While everything else was great, that is just extremely unprofessional and the response could have been in a more professional manner. I'm not going to argue over $50 so it was quickly dropped and I paid without backlashing, but that doesn't take away from the facts. I don't usually make bad reviews but when the start to finish of this process was only about 6 days (from the first phone call , to the pumping and payment) I feel like I was lied to intentionally for business gain."

"I scheduled an appointment for a septic tank pumping and it was scheduled for a Wednesday. They were able to get me on Tuesday instead, which was AWESOME because I needed it badly! They were very quick and courteous and it was a great price. Will definitely be using them again in the future and recommending them to anyone who needs their services!"
