"These apartments are cheap so not live underneath anyone. You can hear them running water, you can hear when they get up, you can hear everything it’s like you living with them. Just want to let you know. If i would’ve known they wouldn’t got my money."
"Hudson 5401 is such a beautiful property. The amenities are beautiful and well kept and the apartments feel very spacious. The office staff is all very kind and helpful. I would recommend this complex to all of my friends!"
"I had the unfortunate displeasure of experiencing racial micro-agressions when visiting this property for a tour. My partner and I went in to view this property, the community manager seemed pleasant and the grounds seemed nice from what we could tell without a formal tour. The issue happened when we requested a tour she asked for our ids and I realized I forgot mine and she said she could only give a tour if everyone over 18 has a government id and she stated it was North Carolina law. We had no problem with coming back when I had my id, the issue was she went on to say “in case you guys want to kidnap me” this was so unnecessary and unprofessional. A simple this is company policy would have sufficed, this completely removed this complex from our potential list. If you want to deal with racial microagressions this is the complex for you otherwise stay far away if you are a person of color."
"Initially, Pete asked that I give a review of service based on maintenance's response to issues we've experienced in a brand new apartment. The maintenance team is good. They respond quickly. I did not know that my review would be submitted as a 5-star review of the entire experience living in these apartments. I've been here for 3 months. If you're looking for an honest review, please consider reading further. I'd like to say the location is good. Very quiet neighborhood. The apartments are nice, but not in a 5-star hotel, way. They are nice in a 4-star cruise-liner way. The floors are the linoleum wood and the floors or levels between the apartments are not reinforced with cement, so you will hear absolutely everything your neighbors do. When they run their appliances, walk from their bedroom to the kitchen. I can even hear my neighbor beside me roll her work chair back and forth. Additionally, be prepared to experience micro-aggressive/passively aggressive responses and very little efforts from the management office. They pick and choose what they want to address, which rules they want to enforce and look for ways not to take accountability when there are issues. They generally seem culturally tone-death. As someone who suffers with a connective tissue disease, who has a handicapped placard for my car....my car was towed. Even though I had a neighborhood decal. Granted, I failed to pull the placard down, I ended up having to pay over $200.00 to get my car from a tow lot for a neighborhood where my vehicle is registered to be. I thought it had been stolen, because that happens out here too-theft and car break ins. I was emotional and very upset and there was no remorse, no apology, nothing. Absolutely no effort was taken to address this from the office. No remorse, no warning. This is honestly how you can expect a person who pays rent on-time and respects their neighbors to be treated, here. Additionally, the internet service is provided by AT&T and it is horribly slow. If the service isn’t out completely, it’s slow. My teams calls are constantly chopped or dropped. We can’t watch anything High Definition. Needless to say, the reviews, though eerily positive, may not paint a complete picture of the true experience of living here."
"Heaven the leasing consultant was amazing!! We have been looking for an apartment for months and Heaven was able to give us all of the information needed to make a sound decision and get the best price for our preferred apartment. Very personable very helpful all in all 10/10. Will update on apartment itself after we move in and have been here a while"
