"Extremely unprofessional service. While still living at my rental place for another month, future tenants were told they’re allowed to check out my property whenever. Not to mention, the landlord Ashton agreed to meet a couple at my place at 6am, but completely slept through his alarm, leaving me alone to show the future tenants around. This is something you would never expect from a professional company, as you’d think the landlord would want to meet the future client and show them around — I was flabbergasted to say the least. Throughout my time in the lease, any maintenance issues were met with poor communication and took a while to get fixed. Upon moving out, damages from previous tenants was also used to deduct from my security deposit — you’d think that’s why they take pictures before we move in to note the previous damage, but hey anything for some more money I guess. If you are looking to rent do NOT go through treasured property, they’re extremely high priced rates are not worth your time/money."

"If I could leave zero stars I would. I moved into this property June 16th after signing a lease earlier than when I needed to move in. This team had two additional weeks to inspect the property and when I got here nothing was ready even though the unit was advertised as such. We went 5 weeks with no solution for a broken HVAC, the HVAC unit broke again after repair and flooded the flooring downstairs. Two weeks later we’re still sitting here with no repairs and a downstairs we can’t use. We’ve been met with excuse after excuse and yet still expected to pay rent on time ($2250 a month by the way). The houses windows aren’t up to code and are a fire hazard, there were bats and bat waste in the attic and gables that went three weeks before removal, the HVAC still won’t cool below 74 or it breaks down. The dishwasher is sharp on the ends and bottom because the counter was cut improperly and it doesn’t fit right, the stove didn’t even have an exhaust vent when we got here, the railing for the stairs came out of the wall because it was just screwed into drywall…all in all this has been an awful experience and I’m dreading having to stay here for the next year. The “management” is an absolute joke and I can’t get a straight answer from anyone outside of “we’re waiting on approval from the owner” who goes through a home warranty company and refuses to approve anything because she doesn’t want to pay for it. When we tried to withhold rent we were sent a 10 day eviction notice unless we paid, then told we could be let out of the lease if we wanted to go but who can find a house in ten days with a family of six?? I spent $3300 just to get into the unit and oh $2250/month for one of the worst living situations I e ever experienced. 0/10 never rent from these people. As soon as I can leave, I will. Supremely disappointed."

"Just wanted to say Thank you for what a pleasure doing business with you.... We rented a townhouse from this agency. Several times I had to call the maintenance man to fix a leak or replace the refrigerator and every time they came the very next day and the repairs were done very quickly. When we were moving out, they themselves called me (I was in shock and glad to hear them) and asked where they could return our deposit to us. It was a pleasure to deal with this agency."
