"I’ve been here since 2019 and everything has been okay for the most part. Started out quiet living area but has since gotten a bit noisy. The property manager is quick with responding to emails regarding anything (she’s awesome). Mr. William is great as well! I’ve recently experienced a few issues that were taken care of, but I feel as though they could have been handled better in the matter of making sure the safety of myself and the future tenant was number one. Overall, it’s very affordable and I would recommend this area."

"I've lived here 2yrs now and I have enjoyed my stay here. The area is quiet but we've had new tenants move in and things have been a little noisy in the wee hours of the night. The bug issue is a little overwhelming at times but other than that it's a nice place to live. Like any place it has it's issues but management does it's best to correct them as well."

"The apartments are clean and well maintained. There is a person who makes sure the grounds are clean. I love the pool and it is convenient for anyone to get to and from. No grilling on patios or balcony would be nice to have an area where to be able to do that. They also make sure to put notices out when they do see something that needs to be fixed. It is a very quiet area just can be hard to get in out of."

"Overall, my experience at River Haven was ok. Ms Gardner is very nice and prompt with responses. The Maintenance team would trouble shoot your issue but half of the time would not follow through with a permanent fix. The neighborhood is fairly quiet but as of the last 6 months, we started noticing lots of trash and litter as well as very loud residents. It is slowly becoming a place that you want to stay away from. The apartments are small with no kitchen space. Being located off of a main road makes entering/leaving the complex a nightmare. However, if you are searching for a cheaper complex in North Raleigh, this place will work!"

"I've been living in River Haven since moving to Raleigh 2015 the office staff is nice and friendly. I found the apartments are affordable. Recently, I moved to an upgraded apartment and I absolutely love it. I wish it was on the first floor but at least it's not the floor third anymore. The only complaint I have is for the parents not watching their small kids, who are playing outside throwing balls . You should be more attentive to your children."
