"Five stars of hassle! I have been shopping here for more than 6 years and loved their products which I bought consistently for Birthday and Christmas gifts. However this last time I tried to order to have shipped to me for my Moms birthday and it was a mess. I didn’t receive my order and when I called to see what happened they were little to no help at all. I checked with the post office and neighbors but still no package and they failed to insure it. They told me when I called that there was nothing else they were going to do. So basically I paid almost $70 for nothing! So I guess it’s a case of buyer be ware, lesson learned!
